Terms of Service

By accessing or using Slotsra("the Service", "we", "us", "our") at slotsra.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the website.

Slotsrais an online appointment scheduling platform that allows registered users ("Hosts") to create public booking pages and receive meeting bookings from third parties ("Guests"). The Service includes calendar synchronization, email verification, availability management, and related features.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Host account. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is available to individuals and businesses worldwide, subject to applicable local laws.

Host accounts are created via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your Slotsra account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact.anuragdev@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not use another person's account, create accounts for the purpose of abuse or spam, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Slotsra offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The free plan is limited to one (1) booking profile and fifty (50) confirmed bookings per calendar month. The Pro plan offers unlimited profiles and bookings as described on our pricing page.

Paid plan fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Razorpay for India, Dodo Payments for international users). We do not store your payment card details.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or harass others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal transactions
• Collect personal data of others without their consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Guests may book meetings without creating an account. Guests are required to verify their email address via a one-time code before a booking is confirmed. By submitting a booking, Guests consent to their name and email address being shared with the Host.

Slotsra is not a party to any meeting or agreement between a Host and a Guest. We are not responsible for the conduct of Hosts or Guests, or for any meetings that take place as a result of using the Service.

If you connect your Google Calendar, you grant Slotsra permission to read your calendar events to determine availability and to create, update, or delete events on your behalf. We access only the minimum calendar data necessary to provide the Service. You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your account settings.

Our use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by Slotsra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as your bio, profile photo, or meeting descriptions). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and use that content solely to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED " AS IS" AND " AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SLOTSRA, ITS OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR INR 500, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slotsra and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 9, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, you may also have rights under the laws of that jurisdiction.
