By accessing or using Slotsra(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Slotsraprovides tools to create and publish landing pages and collect email signups from visitors. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any guarantee of uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You must sign in using Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
We offer a free trial period, followed by paid Monthly and Lifetime plans. All fees are stated in advance and are non-refundableexcept where required by applicable law. "Lifetime" access refers to the operational lifetime of the Service as determined by us, and does not guarantee indefinite availability — we may discontinue the Service at any time as described in Section 9, in which case no refund will be owed for Lifetime purchases beyond what is required by law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing, plans, or features at any time. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing for future billing cycles (where applicable).
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create using the Service (e.g., landing page copy, branding). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, without notice or liability to you.
You are solely responsible for how you use the email addresses and other information collected via your landing pages, including compliance with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and data protection laws (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or CCPA) in your jurisdiction and that of your visitors. We are not liable for your use, storage, or handling of collected leads.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLOTSRA AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slotsra, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
